I aim to make the financial side of therapy feel as clear and stress-free as possible. I work with a range of insurance plans and am happy to support clients who use out-of-network benefits by providing superbills when available. Because coverage can vary, I encourage you to check with your insurance provider so you feel informed and confident as you begin therapy.

Insurance

I am in-network with many major insurance providers, including:

Rates

Session Fees


My fee is $200 per session for both individual and couples therapy. Please contact me directly if you have questions about availability or scheduling.

Do you accept insurance?

What if my insurance is out of network?


If I am not in-network with your plan, I may be able to provide a superbill upon request. This allows you to submit claims to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

I accept major credit cards as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Are sessions offered in person or online?


All sessions are currently offered online only. This allows for flexibility and the comfort of participating in therapy from your own space.

Can I ask questions about rates or insurance before scheduling?


Of course. I’m happy to answer general questions and help you understand next steps so you can feel informed and comfortable moving forward.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I may be able to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to determine eligibility.
